EPRI Projects

As a long-time member of the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), Oglethorpe Power Corporation (OPC) has supported many environmental research efforts initiated by the institute. Recent projects include:

• Large-scale post-combustion carbon dioxide (CO₂) capture and storage demonstrations
• Low-cost oxygen generation for CO₂ capture purposes
• Integrated gasification combined-cycle with CO₂ capture and storage demonstration
