Jami G. Reusch was named Vice President, Human Resources, in July 2004. She previously served as Oglethorpe Power's Director of Human Resources and held several other management and staff positions in Human Resources prior to that.
    Before joining the corporation in 1994, she was a senior officer in the banking industry in Georgia, where she held various leadership roles. She has 15 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources management, including strategy development, training design and implementation, organizational planning and development, employee relations, recruiting, salary and benefits administration, and policy creation and implementation.
    Ms. Reusch holds a master's degree in Human Resource Development and a bachelor's degree in Education from Georgia State University. She has also earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
